  • The AquaPure AP517 water filter cartridge needs to be replaced every 3-4 months. The filter may need to be replaced sooner depending on your water quality and your water usage.
  • Instructions on how to change the CUNO Aqua-Pure AP517 Replacement Water Filter Cartridge:
  • Turn cartridge to "Off" position (notch under off)
  • Pull down cartridge and dispose
  • Push new cartridge into head - aligning notch under "Off"
  • Turn cartridge to "On" position
  • Run water until clear
