  • This Whole House 1.0 Automatic Backwash Water Filter System also features: an automatic Back Washing System, a solid 316-Stainless Steel Tank which is a heavy-duty, burst-proof construction that is made to have a high capacity of filtration resins, a resin media that is easy to replace (in which you would replace approximately every 3 to 5 years), 5 year warranty on all Computer Monitored control valves, a 10 year Warranty on its resin tank, a self-backwashing Solid state microprocessor with LED display Electronics control valve system that automatically removes the trapped contaminants within the filter bed and washes them down the drain and a Riser style 1" internal flow distributor.
  • Water travels through 5 stages of filtration. In the first stage, a 20" sediment filter cartridge removes sediment, silt, sand and dirt. In addition to that, it also extends the life of water filters and prevents damage to control valves or pumps. During the second, third and fourth stages, a KDF-85.KDF-55 and GAC mineral tank which removes hundreds of contaminations. Lastly, in the fifth stage, a 20" solid carbon cartridge removes volatile organic carbon compounds (VOC's), insecticides, pesticides and industrial solvents.
