GE FXUVC Video Transcript

Hey everyone, Aquaman here with Today we’re looking at the genuine GE FXUVC. This is an industry standard size cartridge approximately 10 inches long by 2 ½ inches in diameter, which means it’s going to fit into a variety of drinking water filter housings, including for example, the popular Culligan HF360. It is, however, designed specifically for GE drinking water systems, including the GN1S15 and the GX1S04C, and many other GE drinking water systems. This is GE’s best quality carbon block. It removes a vast array of contaminants.

It is NSF Standard 42 certified for the materials, and GE internal testing certifies it for the reduction of lead, mercury, MTBE’s, VOC’s, microorganisms like cryptosporidium and giardia, asbestos, turbidity, and of course chlorine taste and odor and sediment. Now, if you don’t need that much contaminant removal and you want to save some money, you might look to a step down in the GE FXULC.

This cartridge has a filter life of approximately 750 gallons or six months, whichever comes first. Again, this is the genuine GE FXUVC, and I’m your host Aquaman with Thanks for watching.
