  • Easy to install in whole house systems. Fits GE, Culligan, American Plumber, Pentek and many big blue whole house housings for 10" x 2.5" filters.
  • Replace the GE FXWSC sediment water filter cartridge every 3 months, 16,000 gallons, or when flow rate is significantly decreased. The time between filter changes will also depend on your water quality.

The FXWSC has been discontinued by GE without a replacement option. The Pentek CW-MF filter is our recommended replacement. The CW-MF is a string-wound 30 micron filter. Purchase the Pentek CW-MF water filter below.
