How To Order

1) Internet Orders

For your convenience, you may use your credit card to order through our secure water filter online store. Our checkout process uses a secure GeoTrust Extended Validation Site Certificate to encrypt your order information. See our Privacy and Security Policy for more information.

To add items to your shopping cart, click the Add to Cart button located below the items you wish to purchase.

To view your shopping cart, click the Cart icon located in the upper right-hand corner of every page. The shopping cart allows you to view the merchandise in your cart, remove merchandise from your cart, and update quantities of merchandise in your cart.

To check out, click the Cart icon located in the upper right-hand corner of every page and then click the Continue Checkout button. You will be prompted to select a shipping method and a payment method upon check out. You will know all charges before entering your credit card information.

After you process your credit card payment through our secure credit card system or Paypal, you will receive an e-mail receipt that will include your transaction details and confirm that payment was made.

If you are having trouble placing your order online, you may try one of the alternative methods below.

2) Order Forms

Print one of the following Order Forms, fill out the appropriate information, and submit via fax, email, or mail. We will send you a receipt by email within one business day after we receive your order.

You may also send checks, cashier checks, or U.S.P.S. Postal Money Orders with your mailed Order
Form. Your order will be shipped when the check clears.

3) Phone Orders

Call or Toll-Free 888.801.7873 during the hours of 7:00 AM - 6:00 PM Central Standard Time. If all representatives are busy, leave a message with your phone number and we will call you back to take your order over the phone.

Sales Tax

Orders shipped to a Minnesota address are subject to 6.875% sales tax and orders shipped to a North Carolina address are subject to 6.75% sales tax. If you are MN or NC Sales Tax Exempt, fax your resale tax exempt certificate to us at 888.959.2226.
