- We distribute water filters for the Hydrotech 12403 Reverse Osmosis Drinking Water Filtration System. The Hydrotech 12403 RO System is manufactured by Hydrotech and uses the Hydrotech membrane and filters.
- The Hydrotech 12403 Reverse Osmosis System is a 4 vessel RO system that utilizes three dedicated sediment and carbon filters along with a reverse osmosis membrane.
- The Hydrotech 12403 uses a TFC RO Membrane. You have the option of choosing a 9 GPD, 25 GPD, 50 GPD, or 75 GPD RO Membrane, depending on your usage needs. You should use the same RO membrane as you are currently using, unless you are also changing your flow restrictor. See the Hydrotech parts section for a flow restrictor.

- Hydrotech 12403 Reverse Osmosis System Stages:
- Stage 1: The 41400008 / S-FS-02 is a Sediment Filter used in the first housing. The Stage 1 filter should be changed every 3-6 months.
- Stage 2: The 41400009 / S-FS-19 Carbon Block Filter is used in the 2nd stage. The Stage 2 filter should be changed every 6-12 months.
- Stage 3: Select the same membrane as your current membrane:
The 33001071 / S-FS-17 9 GPD Membrane is used in the Hydrotech 1240300 RO System in the 3rd stage. The Stage 3 membrane should be changed approximately every 2 years.
The 33001068 / S-FS-09 25 GPD Membrane is used in the Hydrotech 1240301 RO System in the 3rd stage. The Stage 3 membrane should be changed approximately every 2 years.
The 33001033 50 GPD Membrane is used in the Hydrotech 1240302 RO System in the 3rd stage. The Stage 3 membrane should be changed approximately every 2 years.
The 33001056 75 GPD Membrane is used in the Hydrotech 1240303 RO System in the 3rd stage. The Stage 3 membrane should be changed approximately every 2 years.
- Stage 4: The 41400009 / S-FS-19 Carbon Block Filter is used in the 4th stage. The Stage 4 filter should be changed every 6-12 months.
- Hydrotech 12403 RO System Parts:
- Replacement O-Ring: The 34201026 O-Ring is a replacement o-ring that fits inside the housing sumps. The o-rings should be replaced every couple of filter changes. Be sure to use O-Ring Silicone Grease to lubricate the o-rings every time you change the filters.
- Replacement Sump: The 20500023 Sump is a replacement sump and only needs to be replaced when your sump cracks or wears out.
- Wrench: The 21401003 Wrench is a great tool for removing the sump when replacing the filters. DO NOT use the wrench to tighten the sump.
- Hydrotech 12403 RO Filter Change Intervals:
- The filter change interval will vary due to your water quality and the amount of water used.
- Reverse Osmosis System Recommended Care:
- Change your filters and membrane at the recommended frequency, and clean your system with a product like Sani-System SS96RO, an easy to use, pre-measured, reverse osmosis system sanitizer, available below.
