Hydrotech 33137 25 GPD RO Retrofit Kit:
The Hydrotech 33137 Retrofit Kit is for the 101 Series, 102 Series, 103 Series, 1010 Series, 1020 Series, and 1030 Series RO Systems.
The Hydrotech 40600005 Reverse Osmosis Flow Control (black band/25 GPD) that was previously used for these systems has been discontinued. Now, the Hydrotech 33137 25 GPD Retrofit Kit needs to be used instead.
If you have a Hydrotech 40600004 Reverse Osmosis Flow Control (yellow band/15 GPD), you need to use the Hydrotech 33137 25 GPD Retrofit Kit and change from a 15 GPD membrane to a 25 GPD membrane.
You only need to install the Hydrotech 33137 Retrofit Kit once. After installing the Retrofit Kit, you will only need to purchase the 40600040 Flow Restrictor in the future.

Detailed Information on the Hydrotech 33137 25 GPD RO Retrofit Kit:
This retrofit kit is for the discontinued 101, 102, and 103 Series Reverse Osmosis Systems. These Reverse Osmosis Systems were also described as the 1010, 1020, and 1030 Series. This retrofit kit updates the drain line flow control to the type used with the current Hydrotech Reverse Osmosis Systems (1240 Series).
This retrofit kit includes an internal plug assembly for the manifold and a capillary flow control contained within the red drain line tubing.

Hydrotech 33137 RO Retrofit Kits fit the following systems:
The Hydrotech 33137 RO Retrofit Kit can be used in 101 Series, 201 Series, and 301 Series reverse osmosis systems.

Hydrotech 33137 RO Retrofit Kit Instructions:
1. Remove the outer flow control cap from your existing 101, 102, or 103 Series Reverse Osmosis System.
2. Remove the original flow control from the housing that is being replaced due to plugging, damage, etc.
3. Insert the new flow control retrofit plug into the drain line housing.
4. Replace the outer flow control cap.
5. Insert the Red Drain flow control tube into the 1/4" Quick Connect Fitting on the outer Flow Control Cap.
CAUTION: Do not trim the end of this tubing as marked. The tubing contains the new capillary flow control. Do not use the existing 1/4" tubing.
