The MCS Reverse Osmosis System provides better tasting and safer drinking water. These replacement filters are also used with the MCS Water System with a booster pump. We distribute compatible filters for the MCS Corp. Water Systems 4000 TCR Reverse Osmosis System. See the Replacements tab above for more information on each stage and the compatible filters for each stage. Stage 1: SDC-25-1005 Stage 2: EP5-10-WF Stage 3: CBC-10 Stage 4: TW30-1812-36 - A new RO membrane housing is needed when replacing the RO membrane. The original system came with a non-standard RO membrane housing. Stage 5: IC10-14C-WF These filters can be purchased below. Manufacturer: MCS Water Systems MCS-4000TCR MCS Water Systems 4000 TCR Reverse Osmosis System Stages: Stage 1: The SDC-25-1005 Filter is a 5 Micron Sediment Filter used in the first housing. The Stage 1 filter should be changed every 2-6 months. Stage 2: The EP5-10-WF 5 Micron Carbon Block Filter is used in the middle housing. The Stage 2 filter should be changed every 6-12 months. Stage 3: The CBC-10 5 Micron Cyst Filter is used in the middle housing. The Stage 3 filter should be changed every 6-12 months. Stage 4: The TW30-1812-36 RO Membrane goes in the housing on top of the RO system. The Stage 3 RO membrane should be changed every 1-3 years. A new RO membrane housing is needed when replacing the RO membrane. The MCS 5 stage 4000 TCR RO system originally came with a Hydronautics 2012-LST-CPA2 reverse osmosis membrane that is not industry standard dimensions. A new membrane housing is needed in order to use this standard size membrane. Stage 5: The IC10-14C-WF inline filter is the 5th stage and is installed on top of the RO membrane. The IC10-14C-WF filter has 1/4" FPT inlet/outlet. The Stage 5 filter should be changed every 6-12 months. MCS Water Systems RO Filter Change Intervals: The filter change interval will vary due to your water quality and the amount of water used. Reverse Osmosis System Recommended Care: Change your filters and membrane at the recommended frequency, and clean your system with a product like Sani-System SS96RO, an easy to use, pre-measured, reverse osmosis system sanitizer, available below.
