- We distribute compatible water filters for the MCS Water Systems 5 Stage 4000 TCR Reverse Osmosis System.
- The MCS Reverse Osmosis System provides better tasting and safer drinking water.
- These replacement filters are also used with the MCS Water System with a booster pump.
- MCS Water Systems 4000 TCR Reverse Osmosis System Stages:
- Stage 1: The SDF-25-1005 Filter is a 5 Micron Sediment Filter used in the first housing. The Stage 1 filter should be changed every 2-6 months.
- Stage 2: The CB-250-975-05 5 Micron Carbon Block Filter is used in the middle housing. The Stage 2 filter should be changed every 6-12 months.
- Stage 3: The CBC-10 5 Micron Cyst Filter is used in the middle housing. The Stage 3 filter should be changed every 6-12 months.
- Stage 4: The TW30-1812-36 RO Membrane goes in the housing on top of the RO system. The Stage 3 RO membrane should be changed every 1-3 years. A new RO membrane housing is needed when replacing the RO membrane. The MCS 5 stage 4000 TCR RO system originally came with a Hydronautics 2012-LST-CPA2 reverse osmosis membrane that is not industry standard dimensions. A new membrane housing is needed in order to use this standard size membrane.
- Stage 5: The IAC-10 inline filter is the 5th stage and is installed on top of the RO membrane. The IAC-10 filter has 1/4" FPT inlet/outlet. The Stage 5 filter should be changed every 6-12 months.
- MCS Water Systems RO Filter Change Intervals:
- The filter change interval will vary due to your water quality and the amount of water used.
