Pentek ST-BC-16 Stainless Steel Water Filter Housing:
The Pentek ST-BC-16 stainless steel filter housing is a heavy-duty water filtration system suited for commercial and industrial applications. This housing is ideal for schools, restaurants, farms, institutions and industrial use.
The Pentek ST-BC-16 steel housing is easy to maintain and install.
The Pentek ST-BC-16 filter housing is constructed of 304 stainless steel with a gray-silver epoxy finish.
There are drains on both the “clean” and “dirty” sides of the steel housing sump.

Pentek ST-BC-16 Replacement Water Filters:
The Pentek ST-BC-16 housing uses either 10 inch standard OR 40 inch standard double open end (DOE) water filter cartridges.
The Pentek ST-BC-16 housing holds either sixteen 10" x 2.5" cartridges OR four 40" x 2.5" double open end cartridges.
The Pentek ST-BC-16 filter system holds 4 x 4 10" standard cartridges OR 4 x 1 40" standard cartridges. (This refers to the number of cartridges which are configured around the housing times the number of cartridges that may be stacked. For example, 4 x 4 means that cartridges are configured four around and four high for a total of sixteen cartridges.)
The Pentek ST-BC-16 does not use GAC, CC, CGAC, TSGAC, WS, PCF or PCC series water filter cartridges.
The maximum cartridge diameter is 3" (76 mm).
The water filter cartridge life depends on the water filter cartridge purchased.
The filter cartridges are not included. Select the best filter for your water filtration needs.

Pentek ST-BC-16 Parts & Accessories:
The Pentek 143218 is the replacement o-ring for the Pentek ST-BC-16 housing. One o-ring is included with the ST-BC-16 housing. The o-rings should be replaced periodically to maintain a good seal.
The Pentek 143221 is the replacement belly clamp for the Pentek ST-BC-16 housing. One belly clamp is included with the ST-BC-16 housing and only needs to be replaced if it breaks.

Pentek ST-BC-16 Stainless Steel Housing Instructions:
If pressure exceeds 125 psi (8.62 bar) at any time, a pressure regulator must be used. Do not use water that is microbiologically unsafe or of unknown quality without adequate disinfection before or after the system.
Protect the ST-BC-16 housing against freezing to prevent cracking of the filter and water leakage.
Not recommended for applications with TDS or chlorides >1000 ppm and/or pH <5.0. Use of this product in these conditions will void the limited warranty. Consult factory for product modifications for these conditions.
