Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. WaterFilters.NET reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason or to supply less than the quantity you ordered of any item. If part or all of your order is cancelled us for any reason, a complete refund will be issued for the portion of the order cancelled.

We will ship your order as soon as it becomes available. Most orders ship the same or next business day depending on when your order is received. However, there may be times when a product you have ordered is out-of-stock, which will delay fulfilling your order. We will keep you informed of any products that you have ordered which are out-of-stock and unavailable for immediate shipment.

We accept money orders, cashier’s checks, personal checks, and company checks in U.S. Dollars only. Please allow up to 10 banking days after receipt for clearance of funds before the order is processed. We cannot guarantee the availability of a product the time funds clear or payment is received. We will charge a $25 fee on all returned checks.

Taxes |

WaterFilters.NET shall automatically charge and withhold the applicable 6.875% sales tax for orders to be delivered to addresses within Minnesota, and 6.75% for orders delivered to addresses in North Carolina. For orders shipped to other states and countries, you are solely responsible for all sales taxes or other taxes. Tax exempt organizations within Minnesota or North Carolina must email or fax their tax exempt certificate to us before shipment of their order.

Typographical or Image Errors |

In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error or error in pricing information received from our suppliers, WaterFilters.NET shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for a product listed at the incorrect price. WaterFilters.NET shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, WaterFilters.NET shall promptly issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.
At WaterFilters.NET, we do our best to keep all images up to date. Of the thousands of products offered on this site, there may be 2 or 3 images at any given time that are out of date because the manufacturer has released an improved version before we have received the updated image. If an image is out of date, we will ship the updated product, which may not be identical to the image online. |
