How do WaterFilters.NET Gift Certificates work?

Purchase one or more WaterFilters.NET Gift Certificates below. The Gift Certificate is emailed to you with details about how to redeem it. The Gift Certificate email can be forwarded with your special message to the person who will be redeeming the certificate.

How are WaterFilters.NET Gift Certificates redeemed?

The customer who receives the Gift Certificate needs to enter the code in the "Coupon Code / Gift Certificate" field on the View Cart page. This will display the Gift Certificate amount and the balance with the order.

Does the entire Gift Certificate amount need to be used at one time?

No. You can use the same Gift Certificate multiple times until the balance reaches $0.00.

Can I order more than the Gift Certificate amount?

Yes. You can order as much as you want. The Gift Certificate amount will be applied to your order and the balance can be paid with credit card or Paypal.

I did not receive the Gift Certificate email. What should I do?

If you did not receive the Gift Certificate email, email us your Order Reference Number at customerservice@waterfilters.net and request your Gift Certificate email to be resent. Verify your email address is correct on your order and verify our emails are not going into your SPAM email folder.

Gift Certficate Usage Details:

1. Gift certificates can only be redeemed through our web site www.WaterFilters.NET.
2. You cannot use gift certificates to purchase other gift certificates.
3. Gift certificates are not redeemable for cash and cannot be returned for a cash refund.
4. Any unused balance can be used towards a future order.
5. Gift certificates have no cash value.
6. If your order exceeds the amount of your gift certificate, you must pay for the balance with a credit card or Paypal.
7. Gift Certificates are good for one year from issue date.
8. We are not responsible for lost or stolen gift certificates. Please protect the gift certificate code like you would a credit card number.
