You must follow the instructions and ship the completed test kit to the water test lab in Michigan. The professional laboratory analyzes your water and sends you a water analysis report within 10 to 15 days.

• To ensure valid bacteria results, samples should be collected AFTER 1:00 PM EASTERN STANDARD TIME. Samples must be shipped guaranteed next day delivery. DO NOT collect and ship your water on Friday, Saturday, or the day before a national holiday.
