We have recently moved into our new distribution center, which is a 20,000 square foot office/warehouse in Zumbrota, MN. Zumbrota is a very nice small town on Highway 52 between the Twin Cities and Rochester. The new building offers large offices with pond views, full kitchen, fitness and entertainment equipment. We work within a growing industry focused on health and fitness, as well as environmental sustainability.
Job Opening 1: Order Fulfillment Assistant (Available URGENTLY!)
You will assist our Order Fulfillment Specialist in the packaging of orders, receiving of shipments, and stocking of shelves. Most orders will be easily handpicked and packaged. This work involves light physical activity, organization, and great attention to detail. Full time or Part time.

Job Opening 2: Purchasing (Available very soon)
You will run reports on our software to determine the frequency by which our products sell. You will place purchase orders with approximately 40 manufacturers to maintain an appropriate level of inventory. Your hard work, perceptiveness, and detailed follow-through will lower the company's inventory costs. It is necessary to be very careful to get credits for missing products, warranty issues, and excessive shipping charges. You will periodically shop for parts to fulfill special orders from customers. You will also shop for the best prices for popular products and try to negotiate the prices with our manufacturers and suppliers.

Job Opening 3: Account Manager/Sales (Available this coming winter)
You will use spreadsheets and other software to implement and manage a sales strategy for existing customers and new customers. The sales strategy for current customers will include customized and regular contact to help them with the water problems in their business. The sales strategy for new customers will include reaching out to contacts that are connected to current customers, reaching out to companies that are similar to current customers, and growing our dealer network. Our customers include water softener installers, hardware stores, commercial and residential builders, plumbers, engineers, resorts, health and fitness companies, government offices, the military, hotels, large businesses, etc. A thorough understanding of water quality and water purification technologies will be necessary, but much of this can be learned quickly.
Compensation: Commission opportunities possible.
Job Opening 4: Customer Service Specialist/Sales (Available this coming winter)
You will be the main interface between our company and our customers. Throughout the day, you will simultaneously respond to customer phone calls, live chats, and emails via gmail. The communication will include assisting customers with previous orders, helping them understand what products they need for new orders, and helping them with technical issues pertaining to water filtration. You will work with all types of customers and attitudes. You will need to quickly determine the needs of the customer and help them find a solution. You will need to quickly research unique questions via the internet.
