- Replacing the SWF-2 WaterSentinel Water Filter:

Unscrew the filter cup.
- Empty the water from the filter cup.

Remove the old filter by pulling it straight down.
- Put your new filter in the filter cup, which previously held the old filter. Remember to have the filter positioned so the end with the small o-ring is on top.

Screw the filter cup and filter into the housing just like the old one used to be. Firmly but gently tighten the cup and filter until they are are aligned.
- As always, remember to mark the date at which you changed your filter and set a reminder to change your filter for sometime between 3 and 6 months depending on your water. Also, remember to reset your filter change reminder light if your refrigerator has one.
