- #10 Big Clear Whole House Water Filter Kit:
- The Pentek DGD-5005 water filter cartridge is included with the housing. The DGD-5005 is a 5 micron sediment filter with dual filtration layers. It reduces sediment down to 50 microns on the first layer and down to 5 microns on the second layer.
- The water filter cartridge life depends on the quality of your water and and the amount of water used. You will know when to change the filter cartridge when your water pressure drops.
- Sediment water filters reduce dirt, sand, silt, sediment, rust particles, and scale particles.

- #10 Big Clear Whole House Housing Installation Information:
- Easy to install #10 Heavy-Duty Big Clear Whole House Water Filter System. The housing is 13-1/2" x 7-1/8" (343 mm x 181 mm). You will need to allow slightly more room in addition to the housing dimensions for installation.
- 1" inlet/outlet for easy installation on a cold water line.
- NOTE: When installed, protect housing against freezing to prevent cracking of the filter and water leakage.
