Auto-Ship Program

Here’s how it works:

1) Search for the product you want to Auto-Ship.
2) Click on the product until you reach the product page with product details (page with the Features Tab).
3) Choose the frequency you want your product to Auto-Ship from the drop down menu. (Note: The free filter change reminder is the recommended time to replace your product.)
4) Enter the Quantity you want. (This is the quantity you will receive for each auto-shipment).
4) Click Add to Cart.
5) Check the shopping cart shows the Auto-Ship frequency for that product.
6) Checkout using any Credit Card, and your first order will be placed today. You MUST pay by credit card to use the Auto-Ship Program.
7) Confirm by logging into the My Account page. Click on the Recurring Orders section.  Check the products, quantities, and next order date are what you intended.
8) Relax. Your next order will automatically be placed according to the frequency you chose. You will receive an order confirmation email when it submits successfully, and a shipping confirmation email with tracking when your order ships. Your credit card will not be charged until your order ships.

Frequently Asked Questions


When can I change or cancel my recurring order?
Anytime before your next order date! Note: You cannot change the Next Order Date to today’s date – but you can make it any future date beyond today.

How is the shipping method and cost determined for subsequent orders?
The shipping method will always stay the same as the original order. When checking out on your original order, ensure that your recurring order will qualify for the shipping method that was selected on the original order (e.g., a recurring order must still be above the $99 order minimum for Free Shipping). The shipping cost will be determined with the current low rates at the time of order placement.

What if I want to change the shipping method for the next order?
Simply cancel the recurring order and set up a new Auto-Ship order with your preferred shipping method. Remember that your first order will be placed the day you set-up your Auto-Ship order, so do this the same day that you want your next order to be placed. All orders set-up with Auto-Ship will ship with the same shipping method as the original order.

What will be the product quantity on the recurring order?
The quantity for a product on the Auto-Ship order will match the quantity on your original order. You can confirm the details of your recurring order at any time by viewing the information in your My Account page on our website.

What if I want to change a Product Quantity, delete a product, adjust the Order Comments, or update the Billing or Shipping Address on a recurring order?
Contact our Customer Service at 1-888-801-7873 or by emailing customerservice@waterfilters.net, and we will be happy to assist you. Alternatively, you can cancel your recurring order and set up a new Auto-Ship order with your desired changes. Remember that your first order will be placed the day you set-up your Auto-Ship order, so do this the same day that you want your next order to be placed.

What if I want to add a product to a recurring order?
Simply cancel the recurring order and set up a new Auto-Ship order with all the products you want on the recurring order and select the same order frequency for each. Remember that your first order will be placed the day you set-up your Auto-Ship order, so do this the same day that you want your next order to be placed.

What if I want to use Auto-Ship with multiple products?
If you want the products to always ship together, then set-up all products in your shopping cart to have the same Auto-Ship frequency – and ONE recurring order will be created that includes all the products on it.
If you want the products to ship separately, either checkout with one product at a time or select different Auto-Ship frequencies for each product in your shopping cart – and a separate recurring order will be created for each frequency.

What if I have multiple products on my order but only want some of the products to Auto-Ship?
The Auto-Ship selection is product specific, so the only products on your order that will be set-up for Auto-Ship will be those products for which you selected the frequency for Auto-Ship prior to clicking Add to Cart.

If I have 2 or more recurring orders and set them to have the same next order date, will the orders be combined?
No – the orders will not be combined; one order will be created for each recurring order. If you want to combine them, simply cancel the individual recurring orders and set up a new Auto-Ship order with all the products you want on the recurring order and select the same order frequency for each. Remember that your first order will be placed the day you set-up your Auto-Ship order, so do this the same day that you want your next order to be placed.

What if I want to use a payment method other than Credit Card?
We’re sorry, but the Auto-Ship functionality only works with payment by credit card. If a recurring order is set-up with any other payment method, it will not work appropriately. The recurring order will have to be canceled and recreated with a credit card for the functionality to work properly.

How do I update my credit card information?
Go to My Saved Credit Cards in My Account. Click View Details and then you will be able to edit the card information. All recurring orders set-up with that credit card will automatically be updated to reference the new card information for any subsequent order(s) that are automatically placed. NOTE: Any order that has already been placed (e.g., shows in your My Recent Orders or from the View All Orders page in your account page on our website) will not be updated.
