The IHS12-D4 Home Plus System by Viqua is a compact ultraviolet water disinfection system that allows for sediment pre-filtration, activated carbon pre-treatment, and UV sterilization. The IHS12-D4 system is a replacement for the SCM320-DWS12 and SC320-DWS12 systems. The pre-treatment of water occurs in the first two stages where two separate filters reduce the sediment and chlorine taste/odor down to 5 micron. Afterwards, the water moves on the final stage where it is treated with ultraviolet light.
