- Everpure DEV910010 Costguard CSG-10 Single Housing System Instructions:
- Choose a mounting location suitable to support the full weight of the system (about 6 pounds) when operating.
- Install vertically so bowl hangs down, allowing 2-1/2” clearance below the cartridge for easy cartridge replacement.
- Make sure that the O-ring on the bowl is sufficiently lubricated.
- We recommend that you always screw the bowl on by hand; do not use a housing wrench.
- Change cartridges on a regular 6 month preventative maintenance program or when capacity is reached or when pressure decreases.
- Clean the housing bowl with a mild solution of detergent before inserting new cartridge.
- Always flush the filter cartridge at time of installation and cartridge change by running water through the filter according to filter instructions.
