• Water Sentinel WSM-1 Refrigerator Filter Installation Instructions:
• Step 1: Locate filter inside the refrigerator. Leave refrigerator door open during changeout. Slowly turn the cartridge 1/4 turn to the left and remove.
• Step 2: Remove all packaging, apply date label as a reminder to replace the filter within 6 months. Remove the red protective cap from the top.
• Step 3: Insert filter into refrigerator and turn 1/4 turn to the right - label in front. Do not overtighten.
• Step 4: Run water for 3 minutes through the dispenser to flush the filter. Open refrigerator door and check for leaks. Reset the Filter Change Indicator.
• The filter cartridge chould be replaced every 6 months or sooner if the flow of water to the dispenser or ice maker decreases.
