› See more product details
The W9330059 is an inline water filter system utilizing Doulton ceramic technology with a variety of filters to choose from. It comes with an UltraCarb Candle filter but it will work with other grades of 10-inch candle filters with a short thread mount. This Doulton HIP undersink Filter System is NSF Certified. The Doulton W9330059 Water Filter System Includes the housing, mounting bracket, and UltraCarb Ceramic Filter. The faucet and faucet connector are not included. The Doulton W9330059 is NOT a complete System (Doulton W9330957 is a complete system). A fitting is needed to connect the water line to the faucet. Doulton Ultra Carb is a highly efficient ceramic micro filter which provides genuine submicron filtration of drinking water. The incorporation of silver locked within the ceramic structure inhibits the growth of bacteria and gives each cartridge enhanced bacteriostatic and self-sterilizing properties. The Doulton Ultracarb is a three stage cartridge combining the highly efficient filtration properties of ceramic with the enhanced water treatment properties of activated carbon and the heavy metal reduction capabilities of ion exchange media. The Doulton HIP/DIY UltraCarb Filter System provides a high level of Chlorine and organics removal, along with Lead and other heavy metal reduction.

Ceramic Filter Benefits

Ceramic filters use the natural small pore size of their material to filter contaminants out of your water, Doulton has combined ceramic filter methods with advanced media options like granular activated carbon and heavy metal reduction media to provide filter candles that reduce a wide range of contaminants from your water.

User Guide

Instructions

  1. Wash your hands with filtered water.
  2. Remove the ceramic cartridge according to the instructions of your particular filter housing (Handle with care. Wet cartridges are fragile!)
  3. Take a clean scouring pad, or slightly abrasive cloth, and give the ceramic a light scrub under running water.
  4. Apply gentle pressure uniformly, take care that the cleaning of the ceramic is not concentrated in one area.
  5. This will remove surface particles from the water filter as well as an outer layer of ceramic, restoring and refreshing the water filter to it's original water flow.
  6. Wash hands thoroughly after handling the ceramic cartridge.
