The American Plumber W25P water filter replacement cartridge is used to reduce sediment, sand, and silt down to 25 microns. Spun Polypropylene Fibers 25 micron. The American Plumber W25P is made by Pentek and is the same filter as the Pentek P25 water filter. The Tier1 P1-20-WF is the same type of filter and can also be used in place of the American Plumber W25P. The Tier1 P20-10-WF is a 20 micron sediment filter so reduces slightly more sediment than the W25P.
