The American Plumber W50PE water filter replacement cartridge is used to reduce sediment, sand, and silt down to 50 microns. The W50PE filter can be washed and reused depending on water conditions. Pleated Polyester 50 Micron. The American Plumber W50PE is made by Pentek (Pentair Inc.) and is the same filter as the Pentek R50 water filter.
