What is Auto-Ship?
Auto-Ship is a service to help you avoid running out of the water and air filtration products you need to keep a healthy home.
Can I schedule Auto-Ship for any product?
Most replenishable products are eligible for our Auto-Ship program. To check, look for the option to select Auto-Ship near the "Add to Cart" button on the product page.
How do I join the Auto-Ship program?Joining is easy. It can be done while browsing on a product page or while reviewing items in your shopping cart.
From the product page, you can follow three easy steps:
1. Select the quantity (remember to stock up!)
2. Select Auto-Ship
3. Select the delivery frequency
Then complete your order using your credit card. That's it! Your Auto-Ship is all set, and you'll automatically receive the items you selected at the frequency you selected—one less thing to remember. We will use the billing method you entered on your behalf for all orders going forward unless you tell us differently.
How do I cancel my Auto-Ship program?There is no commitment with this program. Simply log into your account to cancel, skip the next order or even pause your order if you just want more time before your next shipment. You can also update the quantity and delivery time frame.
Did you move? You can also log in to your account to update your address.

Can I use PayPal with an Auto-Ship order?Auto-Ship orders can only be made using your credit card at this time. PayPal is not currently available for Auto-Ship.
Can I use other coupons and offers with Auto-Ship?Auto-Ship orders will use the Regular Price at the time the Auto-Ship order is placed less the Auto-Ship Discount (stated % off + free shipping). Auto-Ship orders cannot be combined with other coupons, discounts, and offers unless the promo offer is intended for use in addition to the Auto-Ship discount. Auto-Ship orders will not use any special or discount pricing that may have been available on a prior order.
Will I be notified before my order goes out?For every Auto-Ship order, you will receive an email one week ahead of time with a list of the items scheduled to be shipped. The email will include a link to your subscription settings where you can easily change your payment and billing information. You have until midnight CST the day before your order is placed to make changes to your credit card.
How can I change my order?Simply log into your account and go to the My Product Subscription section to review your Auto-Ship order. From there you can do the following:
- Change the quantity of product to be shipped
- Change the shipping frequency
- Skip the next delivery
- Pause your subscription
- Cancel you subscription
- Update your delivery address
- Update your credit card
What if my product is on backorder?Occasionally, an item may be on backorder or experience a delay. We will notify you immediately if there are any delays with the fulfillment of your order.
Will my price change?Please check the listed pricing on your upcoming order notification. Prices may change from time to time. Auto-Ship orders will use Regular Price at the time the Auto-Ship order is placed, less the Auto-Ship Discount (stated % off + free shipping). Auto-Ship orders will not use any special or discount pricing that may have been available on a prior order.
Will I get free shipping if I am outside of the contiguous US?Free shipping is available for orders shipped in the lower 48 states or the contiguous US. Orders shipped to non-contiguous US will be charged Standard Shipping rates and International (Canada) orders will be charged International Ground shipping rates.
How do I track my order?On the day your order is processed, you will receive an order confirmation email. When your order has been shipped, you will receive another email with your tracking and delivery information.
What if there is a problem processing my order?If your credit card expires or is declined, we will inform you via email and request your assistance to rectify the issue as soon as possible. Then we will fulfill your order as soon as possible. Just log into your account and update your credit card and/or delivery information in the “My Product Subscriptions” section.
