The Everpure EV932801 Coldrink 1-MC2 System delivers premium quality water for fountain applications. The Coldrink 1 MC-2 System features a 20-inch Prefilter that reduces dirt and particles. The EV9328-01 Coldrink 1 MC-2 is a plate mounted system which allows for easy installation and start-up. The Everpure Coldrink 1-MC-2 is designed for most single carbonator dispensers or for dispensers using up to 25 tanks of syrup or bag-in-box per month. The Everpure Coldrink 1-MC-2 EV9328-01 filter system reduces chlorine taste and odor and other offensive contaminants that can adversely affect the taste of beverages. The Everpure Coldrink 1 MC-2 filter features new and improved Micro-Pure II media which inhibits the growth of bacteria. The system improves the taste of fountain beverages and helps retain the drink's carbonation. The Everpure Coldrink 1 MC-2 EV9328-01 System features precoat submicron technology which reduces dirt and particles as small as 1/2 micron in size and reduces health contaminants such as cysts. Manifold has inlet water shut-off valve, flushing valve and water pressure gauge. Protects drink system seals, pump, tubing and small orifices from clogging, corrosion and abrasive wear. Sanitary cartridge replacement is simple, quick and clean. Internal filter parts are never exposed to handling or contamination. NSF Certified under NSF/ANSI Standards 42 and 53. For the prefilter you can use the Pentek-PD-10-20 water filter.

Instructions

  1. Choose a mounting location suitable to support the full weight of the system when operating
  2. Never use saddle valve for connection. Use 3/8-inch water line
  3. Service flow rate must not exceed 1.67 gpm
  4. Change cartridges on a regular 6 month preventative maintenance program. Change cartridges when capacity is reached or when pressure falls below 10 psi
  5. Always flush the filter cartridge at time of installation and cartridge change
  6. Flush filter by running water through filter for five minutes at full flow
  7. Install vertically so cartridge hangs down
  8. Allow 2-1/2 inches of clearance below the cartridge for easy replacement
  9. Inspect the sediment filter cartridge periodically to determine dirt load. Replace the sediment filter when dirt has penetrated through to the inner core of the cartridge
