The Eco Series water softener alternative is ideal for smaller homes, condominiums, and offices. Designed with ease of operation in mind, the system reduces sediment and scale, helping reduce damage to your home's piping and appliances. Featuring Template Assisted Crystallization (TAC), which turns hardness minerals into a harmless crystalline form, the system is highly efficient. It requires just 5 seconds of contact time to make the minerals unable to bond to one another or other surfaces. There is no brine tank, expensive replacement salt, backwash waste, or control valve to contend with. Connect the Tier1 system to your water supply, and the softening system will go to work.
Usage of the salt-free conditioning system on private well water must meet the following requirements:
A pre-treatment system for Iron, Manganese, Copper, and Sulfur must be installed before the salt-free conditioner unless a professional water analysis shows that the raw well water meets the following chemistry requirements: Iron less than 0.3 mg/L, Manganese less than 0.05 mg/L, copper less than 1.3 mg/L.
