Instructions
Instructions- Note: Filter must be pushed firmly into receiver and turned until filter is locked in place. If filter is not locked correctly, water will not flow.
- DO NOT use any tools to install this filter
- Twist the old filter a quarter-turn counterclockwise
- Pull the filter straight down and discard (don't worry, the water will shut off automatically)
- Push the new filter up into the fridge until it stops
- Twist the filter a quarter-turn clockwise
- Reset your change filter light (if your fridge has one)
- Flush filter with 3-4 gallons of with water until water runs clear. Some noise is not uncommon as air is purged from the system.
Reset Instructions
Reset Instructions- Press and hold the ice type and child lock buttons (at the same time) for 3 seconds - the light should turn green
- Note: If you hold these buttons for 5 seconds, you'll cancel the reset process, and you'll have to do it again. If this happens, just release the buttons and start over

Made in the USA with a premium 0.5 micron coconut carbon block, the USWF-4010 is designed to reduce chlorine, turbidity and more, this filter will empower you with the ability to serve great tasting water and ice that is virtually free of the most common impurities. Independently tested to NSF/ANSI standards this filter lasts up to six months after easy installation, based on typical home water usage.
Maximum Filtration
USWF refrigerator filter carbon blocks are engineered using premium coconut shell activated carbon and rated at 0.5 microns - significantly finer than standard 5-micron filters. This tighter filtration media effectively captures smaller and more harmful contaminants, delivering superior performance. In addition to maximizing carbon density within each filter, we exclusively use coconut shell carbon due to its exceptional surface area and high concentration of micro-pores. These characteristics enhance adsorption and improve the removal of volatile organic compounds, making it one of the most effective materials available for water filtration.
