Packages are trackable
All shipping carriers will collect duties, taxes, and customs fees when they deliver the package. These fees will be in addition to the shipping costs on your order and are paid directly to the shipper. WaterFilters.net has no way to estimate this cost for you.

International shipping is available for an extra fee and will be assessed in your cart at the time of order.
International shipping fees are non-refundable.

In-Stock product orders placed before 3pm Central Time (Mon-Fri) ship the same day
In-Stock product orders placed after 3pm Central Time (Mon-Fri) ship the next business day
Expedited orders placed before 1pm Central Time (Mon-Fri) ship the same day
Expedited shipments do not include Saturday, Sunday, or Holidays

Air Filters are not available for expedited shipping and can not be shipped to PO Boxes.
Products that qualify as hazmat items or chemicals can only be shipped via ground and standard shipping. Items falling under this classification can not be expedited or shipped outside of the continental United States. Brand: ProProducts
Some products containing carbon media may not be eligible for shipment to California residents. Brand: Doulton, Berkey
Berkey products are not available for sale to residents of California and Iowa.

Shipments refused by recipient will be subject to fees removed from their refund
Outbound shipping charges (if applicable) and a return shipping charge of $11.75 will be deducted from the final refund amount.
Refused shipments weighing over 15 pounds will also have a 15% restocking fee assessed to their refund total.
