Applying for wholesale pricing is easy. Go to our Wholesale Application Page and tell us a little bit about your business. The application takes less than 60 seconds to complete. All wholesale applications submitted between 9am and 3pm CST Monday-Friday will be reviewed within 2 hours after submission. If approved you will receive an email with a link to create your account password so you can start shopping.

Orders containing in-stock items placed Monday-Friday before 2PM CST will ship from our warehouse the same day they are placed. Any orders placed on the weekend or after 2pm will ship the following business day. We warehouse nearly all of our online inventory (with the exception of a handful of SKUs that are marked as ‘Special Order’ on the product page), which is why we can ship your order to you quickly

We believe in being transparent about our inventory levels, which is why we tell you what our on-hand quantity of a particular product is directly on the product page. As long as you place your order before 2pm CST Monday-Friday and have ordered within the quantity we have listed on the product page your order will ship that day. Any orders placed on the weekend or after 2pm will ship the following business day. When you order from WaterFilters.NET you don't have to deal with annoying drop shipping delays because we actually have the items we say we have in stock.

Our warehouse is centrally located in Minnesota. Our central US location cuts down on transit times. Most orders in the central United States reach you in 1-2 days, and coastal state ground shipments reach you in 2-4 days.

Absolutely! If it’s more convenient having an item shipped directly to a client we can do that. All you need to do is update the shipping address in your order. You will still be the one receiving the email order updates.

Even though we do carry thousands of filtration solutions and filters on our site, there may be times that you are looking for a specialized filter or system we don't regularly stock. If there is a product we do not have in stock made by one of the 75+ brands we carry, please reach out to our support team to see if we can arrange a special order with that vendor. Please note our same-day shipping promise does not extend to special orders, shipping times are dictated by the manufacturer.
