The Pentek FLOPLUS-10 water filter is ideal for users looking for a product that offers high flow, low pressure drop, infrequent cartridge changes and cyst-free water. Maximum dirt-holding ability of a 10 micron carbon block with the particulate efficiency of a 0.5 micron cartridge. 99.95% reduction of cryptosporidium and giardia cysts. The Pentek FloPlus-10 filter 455903-43 has outstanding chlorine taste & odor reduction. The FloPlus 10 water filter has a high flow rates and low pressure drop similar to a nominal 10 micron filter cartridge. The Pentek FloPlus-10 filter is Tested and Certified by NSF International to NSF/ANSI Standard 53 for the reduction of Cysts. NOTE: The Pentek FLOPLUS-10 cartridges will contain a very small amount of fines (very fine powder) and new cartridges, after installation, should be flushed with sufficient water to remove all traces of fines from your water system before use.
